
Fire door monitoring system
The fire door monitoring system is a system used for centralized management and control of fire doors in buildings. The Jingkai fire door monitoring system consists of a fire door monitor and a fire door monitoring module. The fire door monitor controls and monitors equipment such as door closers, electromagnetic release devices, and door magnetic switches through the fire door monitoring module, thereby achieving unified management of fire doors, eliminating fire hazards, and creating a safe space for people inside the building.

The JK-FM770 fire door monitor meets the requirements of GB29364-2012 "Fire Door Monitor" national standard. It is a small wall mounted device suitable for various civilian, commercial, and industrial small fire alarm projects. By connecting the JK series fire door monitoring module, door magnetic switch, linkage door closer, monitoring module, etc., it can control the linkage door closer, receive feedback signals from the door closer and door magnetic switch, and monitor the opening/closing control and status of the fire door. When a fire occurs, the normally open fire door can be closed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. At the same time, the status of the fire door can be fed back to the JK series fire control room graphic display device, which plays an important role in fire evacuation and escape.
The JK-FM770 fire door monitor adopts programmable logic devices, CAN network, intelligent digital bus and other technologies. Fire doors that are usually kept open should be promptly closed in the event of a fire to block the spread of smoke and isolate the spread of fire. Conventional fire door closers only have a normally closed function and cannot be controlled by fire linkage systems. The linkage door closer usually keeps the door open. In the event of a fire, the fire door monitor receives a fire signal and controls the linkage door closer to automatically shut down or close the door in the event of a power loss. The linkage door closer has a door status signal feedback function and can be manually pressed to shut down the door. When used in conjunction with the fire door monitor, it can achieve sequential closure of double doors and provide feedback on the signal of the door opening in place.
